310g all-purpose flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons of icing sugar (for decoration)

Additional gadgets: ice cream scoop

Optional

70g of chocolate chips or cranberries or coconut flakes or any kind of nuts

Directions

1. Add the softened butter to a mixing bowl and beat until light and creamy – about three minutes.

2. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and beat into the butter for two minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and beat again for another two minutes.

3. Add the flour and baking powder. Beat the batter until combined. Split the dough in half.

Here you have two options.

4. Option number one. Leave the dough plain.

5.Option number two - add chocolate chips or nuts or cranberries (according to your preference) to the dough.

6.  Using ice cream scoop, portion the dough on the baking paper.

7. Leave enough room – at least between snowball cookies.

Bake for 12 minutes at 160 degrees. Remove from the oven and set aside with the baking paper they were baked on (you will need an extra hand with this). Let cool completely.
